We just renewed our SSL certificate, that might have a bearing here.

I recommend clearing the browser cache for any NG cookie. You will need to log in again.

Running the command ipconfig /flushdns (Windows) usually helps as well.

To quickly dump the cache on most browsers try (clicking an open area of your browser, i.e. not with the focus on a dialog box)...

(Command/Control) + Shift + (Delete/Backspace)

Take care to only delete or clear the cache and not your passwords or other items you might wish to retain.

Today. Very slow connection, with time-outs.

09:45 BST very slow responses

Initially,  took an age to load
Then connection timed out

It eventually reloaded.
