The more ordinary 55/1.2 S.C
Almost SOOC, just a little PP in LR (I like all those abbreviations  ;D)

Received the 85/1.2 today and only had time to take a few test shots after the sun decided to warm another part of the globe. Missed the focus on the ever moving eyes but the goal was to get acquainted with the boke qualities of the lens and first impressions are positive.

Boke balls do become lemon shape in the corners like with the 50/1.2 but that I already knew so no surprises here, nailing focus at f/1.2 will be challenge however ;D

Chris, I love those colorful flowers!
Dr Klaus, thank you for showing us a photo!
Jan Anne, I am certain you will make good use of the 85/1.2 as will Beer with your fence :)

We'll see, never really connected with 85mm like I did with 35 and 50mm.
Cheers,
Jan Anne

Superb Tervueren !

I had two. One of them looked like yours! ;)

Below, just got this fast lens in France. No information about it on line. I just know the maker is an American company (FJW Industries INC).

50mm f/0.75.

I don't know yet how to convert it in F mount... :) Will be trickier than the heligon, I guess.

Shouldn't be that difficult? There is plenty of massive metal to drill into :D

First step is getting a foundation with solid threads. A Cokin adapter plate with 52 mm threads is a perfect starting point. Fasten it with three holes through which solid flat-head screws are run. From there on, just add K-rings as spacers and end with  K-2 to make an F-mount.
