The Angenieux 35-70/2.5-3.3 is a marvellous lens, in colours, light and bokeh unique.  Has some drawbacks (but easily corrected in PP) and takes a bit of time to master it. And some luck to find a good sample in the Nikon-mouth.

An example here, with hardly any daylight.
