Hare as a guest, that's cool, JA.
I like your light, Lars.

A few flowers with the Heligon 50/0.75. Although announced, the sun did not show up.

Sheer beauty. Absolutely like the flower shots Bruno. It's amazing what a creative photographer can do with the Heligon.

Bruno,
In the first moment I wanted to write that last two are great, after revisiting them I think they are all great and the last is outstanding.

Lars: What I like about the Fuji Sensors is the way they show reflections & Gold, Metal in general. Much better than my Nikon Sensors

Nice and detailed, Lars.

I think that's not only a matter of sensor, but two also the translation - logarithm to jpg and, more important,  the lens used.  When I use high resolution lenses like the Nikkor 80/2.8 or the Voigtlanders 58/1.4 and 90/3.5 they deliver a very nice reflection in Gold and Metal (like in cars) as well.

Thanks Frank and John,
I'm not a techie wrt. lenses and sensors but my own suggestion would be that it could be a combination of both. (According to Fuji) the lack of AA filter and their color array improves resolving power of the sensor - in combination with their lenses it could be the explanation. In other situations I find this combination can become a bit "insisting in detail". But interesting point - next time I'm going to the church I'll try to remember one of my Minolta lenses and take a similar shot just for comparison.

I like your light, Lars.

Thanks Bruno - I really like flower shots taken with the Heligons and yours are no exception!

April 3. Still testing the XF 55-200 - at the long end. Not much sun today, but a nice day - lots of people out for a walk.

#1: Capture One conversion
#2 - #4: Various versions created in the Nik software I downloaded recently. Fun to use.

Thank you Anirban, Thomas and Lars.

I like your flowers, John, Gary and Thomas. Spring finally really arrived with a warm and sunny afternoon and, the true sign of spring here, Corydalus flowering. D750 Kowa 77/1.1
