The yellow flower is Senecio inaequidens, an invasive species from South Africa, now spreading rapidly in Europe (its Norwegian name contains "boer" to stress the origin. Don't know the English name, the genus is Ragwort). It is poisonous to livestock.

Thanks Bjørn.  According to a Dutch flora site the name is Narrow-leaved Ragwort (or South African Ragwort) In  Dutch it is Bezemkruiskruid, no relation to Boer there   http://wilde-planten.nl/bezemkruiskruid.htm

It's so invasive that it pops up in my front door...

I see it everywhere along the major roads when I visit my Dutch friends. Must have become very common.

Yes, it's a general species here. The plant apparently came with the import of wool. It established it's position between 1925 and 1949. (according to the earlier mentioned website)
