The weather cannot decide. So all we are left with are vestiges of wet snow and unpleasantness if you used to enjoy your coffee outdoors :(

PrimaLuce Z5, Z 24mm f/1.8 S-Line, no filter. Colours are [way] off, but I managed to pull back the deviant reds to make snow and asphalt neutral.

Interesting result. Does the increased spectral range also result into higher exposure values ? Is there any significant loss in sharpness when not filtering away the IR spectrum ?

Not really different exposure compared to visible alone. The actual lens (24/1.8Z) seems to be very well corrected for chromatic errors thus sharpness survives also into the IR range.
