As long as repairs remain possible, the "era" is not finished yet :)

Done.  A new body is ordered. Not planned, but why not? I love the Df.

I loved it from the first press pics, the image quality made it even better! My new Z6 might make manual focus easier, but I'll always love the Df.

The new Z5 (modified by Italian company PrimaLuce) is growing on me. It will be a versatile system together with the Df. Not in the least as many lenses that excel on the Df also do excellent [IR] service on the modified Z5.

Another black Df is currently in transit from Japan to be eagerly awaited by yours truly.

I briefly used the Panda version and decided to go All Blacks instead.

Ebay handle 'mapcamera'. I  purchased a lightly used camera, that probably is going to be surprised by the conditions under which it will be deployed in the rough Nordic setting.

I do have a third Df which is carefully reconstructed by Erik 'Dr. Lens' to be a display item as its internal damage simply was to comprehensive to make it operative again. However, it sits prominently on display nad probably will supply spare parts to cover future needs.

Are they rumoured to be good or bad? Very quick and forthcoming response from the store, by the way.

if its the real shop then their support is good. i knew some of their staff.
most of the staff that were good to me left :o :o :o
if there are troubles i can probably go between for you.

fujiya is my favorite shop for new stuff and yodobashi shinjuku, everyone there knows me.
