Helped by the wide dynamic range of the color mode off setting.  SIGMA fp and 45/2.8 kit lens.

Great timing with cloud to ground and cloud to cloud at the same time, really dramatic! And it sort of makes it look as if there is a continuous bolt between them behind the cloud.

A cake made by my wife to a five months old girl. Sadly speaking, I was not able to taste the cake. It went out of my "reach" to the little girl's family! Shot with the Nikon D7100 with AF-S Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5 G ED, handheld with natural light from a window.
