Ruth is acending from the water at our secluded island situated in the Hvaler archipelago, southeastern Norway. Very peaceful and the weather -- that day -- was very comfortable indeed.

NEX-5N Monochrome, 5cm f/1.4 Nikkor (early '50s model).

Actually,  from a vantage point we can observe the Swedish border. However, due to the difference in handling C-19 pandemic, we cannot travel to Sweden now without having to be quarantined 14 days afterwards. So not that tempting :(

July 1

Rainy day, which is good we need all the rain we can get; has been too dry the last few years, groundwater levels have been dropping aprox.10 cm per year.

The 1.2/56mm OM Zuiko from the 1980ies is charming. I even took campaign videos with it yesterday at f/1.2 ... very beautiful. Z6.
You are out there. You and your camera. You can shoot or not shoot as you please. Discover the world, Your world. Show it to us. Or we might never see it.

Agreed
And a nice reminder of this Fons.

Now I'm waiting for the next picture
(when one of the grandchildren, or maybe a dog, jumps into the upper "pool" that's resting on the one below!!)

All that you see when working confined at home :) We keep the back of the garden in a natural state, we only mark the trail with the mower. Today, a roe deer and her fawn came in for 20 minutes, lunch time. First time ever since we live here. There was a lot of excitement in the house  :)
