Lovely. The transparant background works great.

Thank you, John, Paco and Jack.  I always love the petals of the iris rendered this way.

I like the color combination of the lovely purple against the light green and yellow background.

Thanks.

The pastel colours and 3d effects of this lens are unique.    ( The lens has an optical 7/6 design and used brand names are Voigtlander, Zeiss Planar and Rollei. The Design is by Albrecht Wilhelm Tronnier for Voigtlander (Zeiss)

Thank you for the technical detail.  As an (almost) exclusive standard lens shooter, I feel like trying one myself.  To me, a 50/1.8 (or a 50/2.0)  is "the" most versatile lens.

I can recommend the lens. Performance is pretty good with charming color and the drawbacks limited, I  must say.  A bit of vignetting and loca when used wide open. Easy to focus, especially on the Z6/7.

Filter size is 49mm, so I used a stepup ring to use a 52mm Sun hood (HN-3)

Finally I can use it (to infinity) on a Nikon ;)
