Yesterday I took photographs of a rowing regatta. As you might know, to move as fast as possible and have a stable boat the rowers must be very synchronized. Usually from the shore it looks as if they are moving together as one. While it is true that they move together, they do turn outwards towards as they put the oars in the water to get the longest possible stroke. From this exaggerated angle, it almost looks like a conversation.
