As we say in french, "Un cul de bouteille"... :-) I have the 180mm/2.8 IF-ED AIs I bought it used when the FA just got on the shelves, it was then in Paris the lens for the fashion photographers , it's still a perfect lens though quite used on the outside (damn that screwing cap) :-)

Okay, I've stopped. You know, if you stare at the cat too long it will give you the willies. (make you feel scared)

Helms Bakery Man
Chino, California

Hasselblad 500 C/M w/ Zeiss 80mm, Tri-X

Helm Bakery had a home delivery service similar to the Ice Cream Truck. The Helms van just drove up and down street playing a jingle announcing their presence and waiting for people to come running out of their houses to purchase breads and sweets.

Great series indeed. Complete with the interesting history around it.  Love them all especially the shots of Peck, Kennedy and the Union Station. And the very nice Football-photo.

Is the cat actually black? or grey?

Love the bakers truck. Funny how that takes us back to things of the past  - with fond memories
