Love this spectacular and literally movie-like pano.  Have you actually shot the bridge in any of the movie mentioned in the wiki?
None of the good or big ones.  I recommend Point Blank(d. Boorman, 1967) for its one sequence that beautifully uses the Los Angeles River and the area under the bridge.

Keith, I hate it when old landmarks like this are removed. :(
We will miss it, but it had to go.

Thank you, Keith, for the recommendation.  I'll check that out!

Yes, it was an accident waiting to happen. OTOH, they could have replaced it with better built look-alike. I know, wishful thinking..........

It's a great movie, but violent and not for the faint hearted.

I must find it and view it again.

Anthony, thank you for the precaution.  I'll make sure whether I'm faint hearted.  :P

Thank you and Thomas, it's one of two similar massive structures on Ranoch Moor, exposed to the harshest weather Scotland can muster.  I have driven over them many times over the years on my visits to the Highlands and on the way to the Isles of Mull and Skye, a magical place Ranoch Moor.

Thank's for the additional info, Seapy. Scotland is on my travel list and this is another brick in the wall. I probably should move it up on the priority list.
