Lots of great photos. John and Frank's frozen car photos are inspiring. Framing, colours, graphics!
Gary - pork shoulder looks so yummy. Nice shot.

Feb 18th:
Music festival day. Wonderful performance by an extremely talented and passionate sitar player "Niladri Kumar". Another reason he is famous, for creating an instrument "zitar", which is a combination of sitar and guitar. The concept initiated from a traveling sitar, which was modified by Kumar to create rock guitar sound out of it. He was accompanied by Ustad Zakir Hussain on Tabla.

I feel the smell of it, Gary. John's canal would be perfect to eat it.
Great shots Anirban and interesting looks at frozen cars, Frank.

In a hurry this morning with only 5 or 6 minutes for a few quick shots.

Arirban: I like Niladri Kumar. He is so into this! Does he sing while he is playing the Sitar?
Bruno: Looks like fog / underwater. Great effect. Hope to meet you in Killin....

Nice effect in the last one, Frank.

Love the pink background, Anirban. Good show of the emotions.

Bruno, that's really sweet and delicate.

Thank you Bruno, Frank, John.
He doesn't sing, he only plays sitar.

Bruno - I like the white on white shot. Nice creamy, sugary effect.

I love this thread and the skill and eye of all the contributors.

In my personal view I see that I am not up to my best shot every day
sometimes I am more inspired, sometimes less. How unprofessional.

in that sense I love the diversity, I love the time and effort, I love to be
part of a team, and I would love more people to join. If not on a daily
basis then on a weekly or irregular basis.

I don't think anyone can be completely happy with a daily photo of high quality. Some images need more time, to develop in the head, for selecting which one is the best.     Apart from any post-procession possibilities.

John. Very nice characterisation of the soup woman.

Could you try to develop the RAW for better skin tones? I know the light in these venues is bad.

Did you use a flash? I would try to do a soft RAW development and then use a filter like dynamic skin softener
befor output sharpening. Or am I on the wrong track here?
