Oh wow, I love it how the thread develops:

200 ... AWSOME!!!
208 ... How to pour loads of definition into a scary movie still!
213 .. supeb in its reduction without much editing
223 ... that is serious frost, we do not see very often in my home place... wonderful crystals!

Lots of monochromatic scenery around here this time of the year ...

An intricate pearl necklace of ice adorns the nearby brooklet. To show the quality of the 300PF Nikkor, the image below is a 100% crop. D500.

Thank you Frank! Here is one from today. Very few colors, but calm. Counting waves. D4s, 35 mm Nikkor O.

Very swell, Børge :D

I can only offer some ice crystal close-ups by the 105/1.4E (+ extension), this time in IR.

That 105 seem to be a keeper ;) I will brace my self until they start popping up second hand. Until then I have to enjoy your pictures.

If you think so Erik, feel free to move it there. I have to pay attention to my VAT period report from now on and probably will need the entire weekend.

Agreed. I want one...

Also like the bird studies, specially the first one. Nice graphic quality.
