It looks like the reflection in the mirror is the woman in flesh. I think the focusing attributed to my first impression.

  afx, it is a bit of both. I was trying to get the shot as presented without humans when someone passed by -it is a touristic spot in Praha- . It was to fast for me to get it in the composition but added the element and it was good. I asked the lady -my girlfriend- to step in that position looking in that direction and she did so for about 10 seconds before being bored and move on. Was enough to get this thou.
