Birds in flight?

Definitely bif's and well spotted! Nice layers - escpecially #2.
I assume they are for decorative purposes but maybe they also scare smaller bif's from self destructing against the windows

Thank you, Lars.  They should be for the decoration.  These are the windows of a shop selling goods related to surfing.
