rain, lots of rain, and heavy wind today, February 8th, 2016

Last weekend:
These leaves of a cultivated blackberry show autumn colors, mainly because they are affected by Phragmidium Violaceum.

And another, dream like crocus.
Df, PK-12, 28mm/2,8 AI-s.
I need to learn how to receive lighter shots with a more airy character.
Until then this has to be sufficient, the lens does what I want it to do.

This winter has been very colorful so far.

Typical winter in the middle of norway. Mild and windy with intermittent days of cold, calm weather. I took the opportunity today, when we had a nice and calm day (-5 degrees celsius) to check for Lynx tracks. Found some old ones but no new ones. The dog tracked them for a while but found the deer and moose scents far more attractive. While the town was busy I enjoyed a nice quiet day in the hills :)

Very attractive texture in the fields of #5, the last of your first post, Børge.

I have made a preset in Nik that I use for bringing out texture in certain motives. Some time it works, sometime it dont. But I find it to work as a startingpoint in many BW conversions.

Very impressive series, Børge.  Must have been a very relaxing hike ;)  I like particularly the dog, and the shot with the train.

It is 25C here in Houston.  In South America I saw glaciers, but it was summer there.  It's all upside down.

A Daffodil in the city-park.  Perhaps the last one as cold weather is approaching here....

Borge: I adore most of these shots. They provide a great feel of spatial conditions due to superb graphics and some of them feasture really great light too.
