today's special. It was awfully outside... this little guy though came to strenght despite the chilliness.
Took me some time to find a suitable and supporting PP. I hope it's to your liking as I really appreciated this colorful flower on a shivering grey day.

One can assume our winter (in the south of Netherlands) is over when Daffodils and Crocuses are flowering in large numbers...

Thanks Jakov.  Well 100 km inland there is a lot less wind. :)    It's relatively calm now, but weather-forecast predict wind/rain and storm the coming 3 days.

Thanks Anirban. It was close to evening and very cloudy.  It's always a kind of challenge to use 17mm for 'flower-portrayal'  ;)

With so many Crocuses and Daffodils starting to flower (here South in the Neterlands) one can perhaps open a topic 'this spring'  ;)  Are other parts of the Northern Hemisphere still in winter?
