I found myself in a stare-down with this Black Vulture who was with a few of his pals feeding on road kill while I took this picture from the comfort of my car.

(Sorry this ugly fellow was meant to be in with the birds. I can only access Nikongear with my cell phone making it hard for me to navigate and end up in the right place. Also all these fine photos posted by others here are the size of matchbook covers when I look at them, so making any commentary on my part is essentially without merit!)
