I got the 180CV 10-15 years ago when it was "dumped" in a local fire sale. It's a lens I use on and off. The images delivered are sharp and largely, but not entirely, as devoid of colour artefacts as the APO designation indicates. Focusing is hampered by the very short focus travel towards infinity. The package overall is tiny, relatively speaking. Add a 49-52mm step-up ring and the 180/4 combines with say 24/2, 50/1.8 (or a 55/105 manual Micro-Nikkor) to make a very nice compact travel kit for the Df.

That must be quite unique, Akira!  :)

Two cement silos from 1979 reused as office buildings - "Portland Towers". Two towers - you can only see part of second tower behind.

Lars, sorry for my belated response.

I was a bit shocked to see this wall of a local bar.

Interestingly, there is a recently competed building of a very similar exterior design in Tokyo.

No worries Akira - I just wanted to let you know that the building (also..) caught my attention! My guess was to find a seafood restaurant behind the door :)

You are spot-on, Lars.  This is a local bar specializing seafood to go with the liquor and beverage.
