Here the amazing 60mm Coastal Optics I borrowed from Bjørn on D3

This was when I realized that Bjørn and I where again and again standing next to each other pointing our lenses on much other subjects than animals  :o  :D

And here the APO Lanthar 125 2.5 - The lens and these images that linked Bjørn and I together - The lens was literally falling apart in two pieces when I borrowed it and I offered to repair it in the hut during the evening back in 2009...

These next two are borderline minimalistic but belong with the others I posted somehow  ???
I had some stupid idea to go shooting Safari with an 8mm... Turned out to be a challenge  :o

Joint venture project with Jakov and Bjørn during a unforgettable - loooong night session  ::)

And here Jan Ann, Jakov and I heedlessly wandered off into the wilderness to shoot stars and consume some liquids....  ::)

'Minimalistic' is perhaps not the first thought that comes to mind when Dubai and its skyline are concerned. However, seen from the right angle and perspective, even the mighty Burj Khalifa skyscraper, still the tallest man-made structure on the planet, shrinks into more modest proportions. Very tiny in fact.

A new Berlin wall in Dubai?   Nice impression.

A floor. (perhaps also a bit 'unsharp')

Erik, nice series of fisheye images.  What is the bright square in the center of the sky?!

We invented or tried out a lot of UFOs during the long night. Well helped by good whisky if memory served. Some of these UFOs were captured inside the hemisphere covered by the 8mm ...
