On the Hijiribashi bridge in Ochanomizu, Tokyo.
Hi, Akira. I like your landscapes. In this one of the bridge with the white umbrellas, what lens did you use?
Thanks.

Hi, Arturo, thank you for the comment.  When I saw these four people with the umbrellas walking neatly in line, I had my camera in my backpack.  So I quickly broght out my iPhone14 from my pocket, aimed at this very scene and tripped the shutter.  In order to enhance the geometry, I chose to convert it to B&W to eliminate any disrupting color info.

It's a good photo of that area of Tokyo, and the sun is warm everywhere, especially when it's high up.

Nice egg! This image could also have been in the light & shadows thread.

Annecy, France. 4x5 image on Ilford HP5 Plus (@320), 300mm, f/45, 15s. I was very early (even earlier than the boat image in the trains & boats thread), but this person was out and moving around more or less on the same spot. So he created a sort of ghost image within the image. This was the old part of Annecy.
