Trying out the 85mm 1.8S for portraits. From f1.8 to f2.8 on a Z6 body. All processed in camera, resized in XnConvert.

Thank you Colin. They are all of peoplke I care about so ut is difficult to look past that for me :) Even if the first one is not as interesting, It was a revelation how easy is to make a portrait with this gear. I actaually lend it to the people in the pictures to try and they didn't miss a single shot, once the camera was set up. Just focus on the person, pun intended

I like the 2nd one particularly, even though the brigh shoulder throws me off a bit. Great expression.

Actually the guy in the first one exudes warmth and humanity.
But the second two speak to me with a different depth.

You are perceptive Colin as the first one is a chosen brother, while having a drink; the second my life partner, close and personal; the third one my goddaughter, I´m watching her beauty evolving at a fast pace and wanted to freeze some for the future...

Thanks Paco for watching and commenting. The compression of a tele (Olympus 75mm on M43 = 150mm 35mm) works well here.
