We should accept the cameras one uses are expressions of usefulness for the individual not a confirmation of superiority of one choice over another.
After 2 years of heavy use, I still prefer the Df to most other options. Does that mean the Df is perfect? Of course not. Just that my response to the Df is synergetic in a manner many alternatives lack.
Another enjoyable camera is the Fuji S3 Pro (I have the 'Limited Edition' UVIR). Enjoyable despite the camera is quaint (nearly 10 years old), with a poor viewfinder, eats batteries, has the worst LiveView implementation ever, a dubious and trumped-up "12 MPix" resolution, and RAW files almost impossible to process with modern software. Still, I bond with the camera and have taken some of my best photographs ever with the Fuji.
