Meet Naza,

BIF (bellerina in flight) is actually from may the 30th, taken with Z6 and 58mm 1.4G I missed Birna´s Z9. There is a considerable shutter lag with my older model. I have to readjust after shooting with other cameras.

The hole batch was worked on alien skin exposure 5 because nikon´s capture NX-D keeps on crashing on me for no apparent reason since the last software update. I have downloaded the latest NX-D version and it keeps on crashing....on the meantime, Exposure 5 is a pleasure to use.

There is something soulless about large airports. This is Terminal 3 at Toronto Pearson.

Here's Christie again--my favorite model.  This was just after brushing her coat so she was looking at her best.  For about 10 seconds.  She immediately went to her favorite chair and proceeded to muss up her hair to her satisfaction.  She always seems to attract the best light so I had to capture it.  D700, 50/1.8 AI-S "long nose" Nikkor.  A little help here from Lightroom and Silver Efex Pro3.  Even Christie can use some post processing.

Airports are like burgers: all the same, just more or less stale. I just arrived at Oslo Gardermoen, and that one is quite fresh.

Not for photography, but for business, alas. There are worse places for sure. Having a burger, precisely, at Fjøla (at Oslo station).

I'm kind of warming to the 12-28 PZ Nikkor for my Z/Dx cameras. Colour aberrations are quite well under control, sharpness is good, flare resistance likewise is good too; however there is significant barrel distortion at the very wide end. Nikon's software or in-camera generated jpgs will mitigate most of these issues.

When the end user, like me, uses non-Nikon software for processing, te barrel distortion is obvious but that won't entail it is always require digital massage in order to be of little pictorial importance.

This image from Oslo Central Station underscores that point. It is taken at 12mm setting, and due to the bending lines in the subject I didn't find it necessary to do any corretion of the barrel distortion at all.

Airports are like burgers: all the same, just more or less stale.

An excellent analogy, Airy.

Manchester airport is a bit fresher than Toronto Pearson. It has a sense of humour for one thing. A caption nearby read, "It's a steal!"
