This week I bought from the first owner a nearly new Nikon D3x with a shutter count of only 24.000. A day later I got the opportunity to purchase a like new Nikon D3S, the high ISO brother of the High resolution D3X.  Also from the first owner.

When the cameras arrived I suddenly noticed a similarity in serial numbers ;)

Never had the chance to try the D3X but I have and still use the D3S. Congratulations!

Thanks Paco.

First time I have the D3x and I am surprised by it's image quality. Sharp detailed photo's and a very bright viewfinder as well.  The lower ISO capacity is not really a problem, images retain their detail and sharpness and the noise is very limited and pleasant.
It's unbelievable you can find these camera's with just 24.000 as a shuttercount. ;)

Blue hour and heavy snowfall -- captured with my new 400mm f/4.5 Z on the Z fc. Handheld at 1/6 sec as well; the lens is a rare combination of light weight and nice handling even on the small Z fc. Even better with the Z9 of course, but I had left that camera body elsewhere when the snowfall commenced.
