The last years, up to 90% of the sales of new cars have been of the electric kind. So the traditional petrol stations have to diversify their products to cater for alternative demands. For example, by selling chopped firewood :)....  A commodity in great demand at present with ambient temperatures dropping into the -10 to -20 oC range.

Nikon Z9,Viltrox13mm f/1.4 lens. I like the 'neat' combination, by the way. The Viltrox 13mm is excellent in optical terms, has very low chromatic aberrations, and with the Z9 I get nice 20MPix files which suffice in many cases.

First image with the Viltrox 13mm.

Great place to be!

Indeed Fons! When the pandemic happened, I thought maybe I wouldn't be able to travel again and see the world (+ take photos).

Today I visited the National Air Museum. Purpose was a shoot-out between both rented Nikkor Z 14-24mm f2.8 S and Nikkor 17-28mm f2.8.
No surprise here, the 14-24mm wins. Being almost 2x the price it better should!
I'm not a wide-angle shooter at all. So I'm curious if I can adapt to this type of lens.

This image was shot at the kids zone of the museum

Lol - ours have been selling chopped wood, charcoal and bottled gas since I was a lad - at least 50 years ago!

Same here in Australia.  However the price of chopped wood in such outlets seems quite exorbitant to me.

20mm f/1.8S or 14-30mm f/4 are the other options ;)
