A male American Goldfinch. The patches of yellow are the beginning of a completely yellow body and head save for a black cap. For now, he looks a little scruffy. In a month, this bird will shine with a sulfurous hue.

This hardware combination is stellar. I can't wait for the migration season to get into full swing late this month. Hopefully some exotics will pass through my yard so I can capture them!
