That's what I surmised from afar...!!!

LOL ... in California we also have the Referendum process to compliment the Initiative. The Referendum is where the legislature places a law out to the general populus for approval, as opposed to approving/disapproving the measure via voting internally by the representatives.

Those titles have the same typo then the Astounding Stories... :-) Both being some sort of S.F.... :-)
