Gary, all I can say is that I hope that you have hundreds of boxes stuffed with photos laying around...

Gary, this is quite the impressive collection of photographs. I've only just begun looking through your first old stuff post.
Do you still walk the streets of Los Angeles with Tri-X?

Nope, that box was a complete surprise.  I was pretty young when I started shooting staff for UPI, LA Times and Orange County News (late teens/early 20's). As such I still had a strong tie to my high school. I used to save all my rejects and deliver them to my old old high school teacher. Mr. Lown had/has tens of thousands of rejects (similar to what I've been posting).

Not with Tri-X. Presently, I work mainly from my home, so walking around an LA suburb isn't nearly as fruitful as a big city. When I do take a walk in a big city, it is with my digital Fuji's.

Interesting how things go.

If I look at these oldies I start to roll out film from all of my photo
career starting in 1983 with my beloved Zenith 11 in Oxford.

Then Ansterdam 1984 and Ireland and and and.

I need a decent scanner though. I got some scans that are OK.

Most of my slides are uncut and unframed. Lots of framed ones.

Uncut negatives. Cut Negatives and slides (24 Leitz case binders stuffed)

And sure some other formats.

Hey Charlie. I live in La Mirada, on the LA-Orange county line. South of Whittier, west of Fullerton, north of Cerritos. I had some friends who used to live in Mt. Washington, interesting area with some great homes.
