Tonight is the night where our clocks magically move forward an hour, so to prepare for this circadian trauma, there is nothing better than baking. Here is some focaccia I made - a loaf and a half has already disappeared and I expect there will be even less by the time the rest of the family stirs (an hour late already) in the morning.
In Italy it's going to happen on Sun 28 March at 2 am, switching to 3 am. Anyway, we're having a lot more circadian trauma by looking at America's Cup regattas live...
I see black olives, coriander, and dried tomatoes in your recipe.
Never used coriander in a focaccia, will certainly try it.
