I lost my 105/2.8 Micro Ai-S  Nikkor due to an accident, but I  liked the lens very much, perfect detailed lens with a great bokeh. One of the greatest Nikkor's.

Luckily I was able to find a new mint sample...   (the box in the image is from unpacking the lens)

Z6  105/2.8 Ai-S  Micro-Nikkor.

Yes, Dobby is a great help.  It helps when the previous lens owner also has cats ;)

Curiosity killed the cat, as the old saying goes.

John, good luck with the replacement lens.  I killed my 28-300mm zoom Nikkor due to a bad fall, so I know that loosing a lens due to an accident is tough.

Blue hour (in the morning). Df, Tamron 45/1.8 at some intermediate aperture (f/5 IIRC), 1/8s with stabilization engaged. ISO was very high.
