Birna in the aftermath of an exhausting session of MRI scanning

I am sorry to hear this, Birna. May you have a full and fast recovery!

Nice Fons, time to get that CV 90 and it's close up lens ;)

In the meantime, the AF-S 28-300 f/3.5-5.6  on the Z6  here at 300mm

Still nauseated after yesterday's tribulations, thus had to rely on the VR on my 300 to get anything in focus. Wait -- snowing as in a complete white-out, there is little or no contrast thus nothing really is rendered sharp. Well, at least I did give the motif a try, and added some much-needed contrast boost at the same time.

Straight out the window of my living room.

Thank you John,
28~300 is one handy lens certainly proves the shot as well.

Shooting some interiors last night and was flipping the camera from horizonal to vertical. I'm posting this as I hope it is emblematic of change on a day when our political system did some serious housecleaning.
I feel like I've been in a washing machine for 4 years and now the door has just opened.

+1 to this, and make sure to drink plenty of water to get that nasty Gadolinium washed out of the system.

Beautiful graphic result, in any case. Best wishes for elimination of medical concerns!

Thanks Fons, yes results with 28-300 look promising, I might have a very good sample too.

Love those graphics, Birna.

Great result Jack.

Sharp lens for sweet results. I wonder why it is not more widespread.

I tried it once and was pleased with the results.  The VC worked admirably.  Sadly, it is too big and weighs too much especially combined with D750 to carry around casually...

True, and Tamron has a few more affordable lenses in their line up eg the 35mm f/1.4 a gem also from a reviewers' perspective.
