For this application an old Visoflex lens with mirror box on a tripod, would be very handy, you could focus the lens via the reflex mirror, then shift it open and fire up the LED though the lens  8)

Birna´s idea for UV sounds good, but it might be riskful if someone looks into the light, don´t think you can declare CE conformity for it
...but you could make low enery UV sets with many adaptors and sell it as fungus protection during storing in cupboards or cases
