When my girl friend returned after summer vacation, she found her shed being invaded by unwanted tenants ... common wasps had built a gigantic nest. And sure they were angry as only wasps can be. Thus we let them in peace while plotting for a retaliation. Today, they had to go. A last snapshot to document their temporary presence.

Aaargh... I don't like wasps, specially when I keep my grand children. The worst this summer were Giant Hornets :-(

Which 28/1.4?  I like this diffused image.  LoCA is not good, but it won't be too distracting when it appears around the the foliage...

Nikkor afs 28mm f/1,4g wide open here Akira. Have to remove fringing in post, so have to remind myself even with aperture stopped down like /5.6.

Thank you, Fons, for the details.  The latest one...that is a bit surprising.

This beginning is fantastic! Wasps, spiders, cats, kids, forests...what a treat!

Spain is still sunny and hot. Today we walk around with just t-shirts ( and masks, pants, shoes...the normal)

Was visiting "Dyrehaven" today to see if it was possible to catch a good fight between the fallow deers.
