Nice, Akira. Must be impressive to watch and hear.
wow.. nice catch Akira.. very interesting indeed.
Yesterday, we had lightning shower, and I literally took a chance to capture some. These are more successful ones among about 100 frames shot. The last one was the same as posted to "Your Weekly Blog" thread.
Lightning, dusk(dawn?), and clouds make good pictures in your hands.
It must have been a spectacular view, Akira.I really like your compositions! The link with electricity equipment as well. Thanks for sharing.
very nice!!!
Thank you, Peter, for kind words. I always feel sorry for the people who are directly attacked by the lighting storm (or any kind of extreme weather actually), but the lighning is spectacular when viewed from distance. The electricity equipment? Do you mean this one?http://mkcontrols.com/lightningbug/I'm not sure if I shared this link here or anywhere you have access to, but am glad to be of any help.
Sorry, Akira. I can't find the correct wording but I mean the electricity wires and the related transportation hardware. And you are right: one has to be cautious outside in these circumstances!
Thank you for clarification, Peter. Sorry to have misunderstood your comment. I think the power lines, the pylons (hope this is what you mean!) and the cranes are very effective compositional elements to enhance the "artificial vs. natural" contrast.
