Thanks Frank and Colin. That was a lucky shot, considering the short appearance. Yesterday, as I suspected, the hummingbird clearwing moths were hanging around in some lilacs where I had seen them a previous year at initiation of blooming, and kept coming back. So I got "a bit" more training on them. With 1100 captures in bursts at 10 fps it will take some time to sort, process and post a selection in a separate thread...

BTW, cool snake, Colin.

it is not a snake. it is a legless lizard.

The UK slow worm is in fact a legless lizard - although it certainly does look like a small snake.  It is non-venomous and it is not known to bite humans.

I saw this after I posted my answer, sorry

Recycling day

Mundane scene...just like where I live...but the pleasant overcast light comes across nicely.

I never owned a vehicle with a motor.
This bike I bought in 1991 and had it repaired, never replaced.

Imagine you never bought a motor vehicle and put all the money aside ... you would be rich. Right?

Paseo de la bicha (the walk of the snake, kind of...) in Granada. A nice stroll by a little river.

Thank Akira. There many such "holes" in the river bank. The make all kinds of play with light and plants.

I'm very curious about your pinhole wide angle technique. Really like the result

Testing the Zuiko 2.8/24mm on my new Novoflex adapter it seems that the lens is not so bad after all. One should not shoot it into the light. A nice character lens with a terrific vignetting...
