I availed myself of a slight break in the snowfall to put the mighty 360-1200mm Nikkkor on the tiny Z50. Very very hazy with snow in the air so contrast is low. The combination gives the green "dot" (actually, quadrate) in the finder of the Z50 (lens is chipped), thus focusing is easy despite the slow lens.

An appropriate feature of Dec 24 in my neck of the woods, as seen from my veranda.

A typical case where the camera is mounted on the lens...  8)

All nice holidays this year.

In some houses whole 'winter' villages are built in the December month.  Here one example in the Tulpstraat

Added text graphics just now, sorry... hope this doesn't disqualify this photo as not strictly speaking just a photo. Eek! Did take the picture this month at least.

Have been away for some time with end of the term in school, travelling, and specially having problems with the new IP. Now it is all ok and running smooth. Thanks for all the help in the dedicated thread.

I have some images on the pipeline, of course. Mostly family and walkaround stuff in my hometown with the Z6 and 50mm 1.8s.

One image to show how a stroll looks like December 25th in south Spain

   Merry Christmas!
