Thank you Frank.

I am in a love affair with the 58mm 1.4, that said, the 50mm 1.4g has given me great pleasure. It was the first lens I tried with the Z6 and that camera makes it even better.

There might be a variation from lens to lens. Mine was mushy on higher resolution cameras, while the 1.8/50G was spot on detail rendering even wide open. Maybe Nikon service could have solved my mushy problem?

Working though the usual backlog of files, I discovered this attempt of capturing  a sunflower in UV (SUNEX 5.6mm f/5.6 lens on D3200). Very windy, 1600 ISO and 1/10 sec with a hand-held camera effectively guarantees no sharpness survives. Oh well.

This is of no photographic value.  Just to mention that I bought three foreign art books that were on sale.  :)

Thank you, Fons, for the note.  The books are written in six European languages, and the Dutch text spells, of course, Mondriaan.
