Wow!  Outstanding picture.

Did you use a remote release for this?

Thank you Alaun. Yes, I have the camera in an underwater housing and use the an app to control the camera using wifi. I get I live feed of what is happening in front of the lens. Unfortunately it doesn't work if the camera is fully submerged.

Fire fighting

They are swimming in their own offspring and the competition is intense to spread as much of their own genes as possible.
I see you have the same problem as we have. Where the snow has gone it is bone dry and a cigarette is enough to set everything on fire. Good for the vegetation, but not good for the infrastructure.

From Z6 cloudy to technicolor via Alienskin
You're making great use of that Z, Paco. Sharp, wonderful colors.

Thank you Carl. Paired with a 35mm 1.4 ais is a joy to use.

This page, gentlemen, is amazing. From the frogs to the pano, through fire colors and porn with some UV to round it up. What a group. I tip my hat  :)

Fire was close enough to use the 70-300 from the roof of my house but nowhere near to be a risk other than smoke, a friend lives much closer and he was safe, 3 helicopters worked quickly to extinguish the fire, an interesting thing they do is get water from near by swimming pools.
