Around our ugly 1970ies heap of concrete CityHall in the very center of Bonn is a great public space that is no more than a public heap of dirt currently.

It could be so much more: A nice and friendly public park where children play and old people walk and inbetween people take a rest from their strenuous working days in shops and offices nearby.

Perpendicularly small lots could be sold to families wanting to build and live there, a great variety of individually developed living space.

Better for the public and better for the inhabitants than the current waste of space here.

Love

Frank

Not much time lately. Always happy to come for your treats. Thanks!

Today, trying the 80-200 ed two rings with IR 830nm. It works.

Edited to get rid in my system of many days without images  ;D

Very nice work, Paco.

Thank you Birna, Bent, John (lovely Rosemay by the way, that 17-35 you use with taste)

Thanks Paco and Frank.

The 17-35 is a remarkable good lens and performs very well on the D850. (the one and only drawback, at least with my sample, is the distortion)

Very nice details and light, Fons.

The distortion is ugly, the resolution is great, build quality is very good too.

After sorting through the batch of photos from last weekend, there is one photo that sticks head and shoulders above the rest of the pack.
Taken with a borrowed D800 and an 80-200 f4 Ai-S zoom Nikkor
