What a series, Anthony! Thank you so much for sharing these magnificent and rarely seen images of the deep south.
I am thoroughly enjoying this thread!

Thanks, Jacov, more to come.

You mentioned it is all shot with the x-t3, what  lenses did you use Anthony?

Armando, I used the 16/1.4, the 35/1/4 and the 100-400.

In the first Lemaire Channel post, 16, 16 and 35.

In the second, all three with the 100-400.

In the third, 16, 35, 35 and 35.

In the fourth, both with the 35.

All converted with Capture One Pro 12.

At the end of a long day, Antarctica served  up a spectacular light show.  All these photos were taken in the space of less than an hour.

Amazing images at the sunset!  The series makes me feel like strolling through an art exhibition.

Lovely series.  What created the footprints on the ice/snow in shot #2879?

Thank you, Frank, Akira and Pluton.

I think the footprints must be from a penguin, although why it would come out of the water, walk a few metres and go back in, I am not sure.
