No spring evident here ....

Taken straight out my kitchen window with the ancient '50s 25cm f/4 Nikkor-Q (first version) on the Z6. Still troubled with bronchitis so in effect grounded for a few more days.

Just trying to cheer you up, my friend. Animals crawling around in your hair always are suspicious creatures, aren't they?

An Ice structure, Jack. ?  Is it so cold there?

I visited just following a major snow storm with very negative temperatures so the lake had a thick layer of ice. This is a small chunk of it. For our Nordic members I’m sure it is an ordinary experience, but for me it was the first time I’ve stepped on a frozen lake for perhaps 40 years.

there was no one crawling in my hair, all stuff I found was dead, like dandruff and tiny pieces of my haglöfs skull cap.

So If I should had dead lice in my hair, they probably have been alive earlier?

what I see is a lot of biological waste some of it looking like animal remains...

in the 1980ies I was working on an organic farm. Kodachrome slide scan with D850 and ES2 and 2.8/60G Micro Nikkor

Wow, some memories in this picture (and the medium) Frank.

Any pix of you from the same era you’d care to share?
