It is the EVF for me. Has completely change the manual focus. Now I can enjoy those lenses way more and mostly worry free.

Interesting conversation,
He was German and spoke fluent Hindi so our conversation was a mix of my bad German , a bit of my even worse Hindi, some English, a few bits of Spanish, French and Italian.   We did just fine  ;) .  He had been in Varanasi for a few years.   I told a German Tourist/Photographer (photo posted earlier) about him and later saw them in deep, animated conversation.    The last couple of trips I took, Df, 58 1.4, DC105 f2D and 35 f2D along with Sony a7xx and Olympus Pen F.   This was DC105 at f2.5 set to 0 and AF.  Just what I shoot when traveling .  Minimal PP.   Looks as if I will have to shoot the lens MF , as Birna recommends, when I get the Z6  :) .  Will keep Df until I've worked out the Z6  ;)

I have only use the xt2 for a brief time and with a couple native lenses. Is the aid for focusing similar: focus peaking, magnification on viewfinder, something else?

Hello! The image is shot late October 2018 during a short freezing period. I really love the AI-S Micro-Nikkor 105mm f4, which I also use for distant subjects. This image was with the lens on my D3X at f11 on a tripod. Thanks for looking!
One picture taken is far better than none!

105mm 2.5 ai, cpu, fully open on a Z6 with FTZ adapter. Every time I get this lens out I enjoy it. Specially now with the Z6

Thanks Bent. It looks like the portraits of my cousin are working   ;D  That 105 is truly something

John, you don´t make it easy for me with all those images from the D3S. Your cat keeps showing a strong personality and a...inclination to pose? Looks so relax. Or it is your patience? Love the framing colors.
