the 3.5/15mm is a very attractive. It is also much smaller than the zooms that have replaced it 2.8/14-24 etc

There is also a nice Zeiss 15mm f/2.8 large and expensive

Last one of the year from Kamakura Japan. This is an immense cast bronze Buddha dating from 1252. The horizontal lines you can see correspond to the separate stages of pouring that were done. New Year’s Day is quite special in Japan and traffic to temples off all kinds on New Year’s Eve and over the next several days will be quite intense.
