Agree - some wonderful colours in this set Hans.  Nice to see the northern transition from spring into summer.

Thanks Bent and Hugh for stopping by and commenting, i appreciate that.

Yeah, spring is really coming, no denying that (even though it's raining cats 'n' dogs while i type this :( ).

More good shots. I like both the trees w/shallow DOF and trees w/deep DOF.  Shallow DOF is more difficult; one needs more space between photographer and tree.

Thanks much Keith. Yeah, i was practicing a bit with various levels of DOF. I'm glad you liked some of those  :)

Time for another installment. Tried for some different views and compositions from most of the previous images here. Hope you like.

Went just before sunset, ended quite a bit after  :D

Very nice images indeed, worth to visit this area at some point ;)When using leaves or 'other' up close to blur the foreground I use the old mantra; Get closer - As close as possible to really blur them out completly

Thanks Erik for stopping by and commenting, very much appreciated!

This area is certainly worth a visit, but some other activities next to this should be in order, it is such a small area  :)

Another fine series - I especially like the mood in the last two images.

Thanks Lars, much appreciated.

For me, especially the mood of the last one is something that i havenĀ“t seen often in this area. I mean, with the moon being out, but still the last remainder of sunset touching the birch tree.

Agree.  The inclusion of the moon shot is a good reminder of how a scene changes in the low light hours and the opportunities that this presents.

Another fine series - I especially like the mood in the last two images.

I also like the atmosphere of the very last one!

Thank you very much dear Akira and John! I am glad you like (some of) the pictures.

I happen to like the last one quite much myself.

The second one is great. The last, with the Moon, is sublime!
