Rainy and dark, cold day.

The month of May is the month of Maria.  In this 15th century chapel there is a special devotion for Maria for the statue which is the goal for pilgrimage since the 18th century.  (I never saw such an ugly Maria statue)!

I ordered a painted background and visited the workshop today.

Quite and impressive hall bigger than usual football halls.

I stepped on a plattform ladder to shoot this:

This is the  Hasseltse Kapel in Tilburg, Fons.

Maria is inside, Frank.     It was too crowded in the chapel with praying people.  I will make the detailed shot of the statue at a  later time when the chapel is empty.
