.... I don't know how they get the creatures into the bottles, but their bodies must be flexible.  The reason why could be for looks or perhaps people really drink that stuff.  I did not see anyone drinking....

They just dry them before ... and then they fit .....once the alcohol is added in the bottle, they swell again.  Another example of "thinking outside of the box" 😎

How do they dry the exo-sceleton one without breaking the frame?

They use an MRD (Molecular Reduction Device) 😎, alternatively, they shrink the bottle / glass container.
