It's actually the colour of the wall I used as background. I just made it paler as my guitar is black satin (Epiphone Les Paul Gothic) and was quiet dark, so I needed to lighten the image to get more details. ;)

Yes, have too many shots with piles of plastic cups  :)     I looked for a minimalistic approach

Thanks for noticing Bjørn. I processed the image by enhancing contrast and saturation quite a bit to make the gentle, peaceful morning light contradict the harshness of the graphic elements in the picture.
